Athens’ Howard B. Stroud team state winners in problem solving competition

A team of fifth-grade students from Athens Howard B. Stroud Elementary devised an anti-bullying program called “Speak Up Against Bullying,” which won the community problem-solving category in Georgia’s Future Problem Solving program.
