All printings of the HEAR – High School Edition student workbooks and HEAR – Middle School Edition student workbooks, and all HEAR support materials, including PowerPoint Presentations, marketing brochures, and ancillary products, are copyrighted and owned by Career Training Concepts, Inc. All rights reserved.

The HEAR logos and Career Training Concepts, Inc. logo are trademarked and owned by Career Training Concepts, Inc.

You may view or download copies of the material on the website for your own personal, noncommercial use. Any other use of the website, such as reproduction, resale, publication, distribution, or transmission, is not permitted unless you obtain prior written permission from Career Training Concepts, Inc.

User Conduct

You acknowledge and agree that you, and not Career Training Concepts, Inc., are entirely responsible for all content that you post, or otherwise submit to the www.project-hear.us website. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.

You hereby expressly and irrevocably release and forever discharge Career Training Concepts, Inc., its affiliated and associated companies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, independent and dependent contractors, licensees, successors and assigns of and from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, liability, debts, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity which you ever had, now have, or hereafter can, shall or may have, for or by reason of, or arising directly or indirectly out of your use of the www.project-hear.us website and the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 10 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
