Standing at 5–foot-10, 13–year–old dancer Ava Cota is far taller than other dancers. Due to her tall stature, she admits that she had encountered cyber-attacks on social media and even been kicked off of a dance team. However, on the season premiere of So You Think You Can Dance: The Next Generation, Ava gave a beautiful dance performance that impressed the judges and was selected to move forward on the show.
